Center for Community health Development Research (CCRD) is recruiting a Project Assistant with the following details:
Position Title: Project Assistant
Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Hanoi (with travel to project sites in other provinces as required)
Contract Type: Full-time, fixed-term
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Assistant will support the Project Officer in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities in accordance with the approved plan. This position requires proactiveness, teamwork, and effective communication skills with communities. The Project Assistant will be involved in supporting planning, report consolidation, and administrative and logistical tasks related to the project.
This position encourages applications from fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in community development projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and implementing project activities.
- Develop personal work plans, self-assess performance, and report progress and quality of work to the Project Manager.
- Implement, monitor, and supervise project activities.
- Prepare monitoring reports for field activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop and design communication materials for the project.
- Participate in and support fieldwork activities.
- Prepare documents, invitation letters, and arrange logistics and materials for training sessions and field surveys.
- Perform other project-related tasks as required.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Center’s leadership.
- Provide support to other departments when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and active participation in social/community work, internships, or volunteer activities are encouraged to apply.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and office software.
- Good command of English.
