Project Overview:

INCLUSION I is a disability inclusion project launched in 2021 and coordinated by the U.S. Department of State, aiming to strengthen support systems for persons with disabilities in Vietnam, particularly those heavily affected by Agent Orange. The project focuses on improving multidisciplinary rehabilitation and social services, promoting inclusive policies and healthcare access, and providing direct support such as rehabilitation, psychosocial services, assistive devices, and livelihood opportunities.

CCRD is responsible for conducting the endline evaluation of the project. CCRD carries out field surveys, stakeholder interviews, and on-site assessments to evaluate the project’s effectiveness, outcomes, and sustainability, while also identifying key lessons learned to inform future disability inclusion and community development programs in Vietnam.
