CCRD has strong capacity in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), including the development of results frameworks, indicators, data collection tools, data quality assurance mechanisms, and learning systems aligned with donor requirements and international good practice.
CCRD supports partners to use MEL data not only for accountability and reporting, but also for adaptive management and continuous programme improvement. Evidence generated through routine monitoring, periodic reviews, and evaluations is systematically analysed and used to inform adjustments in strategies, activities, and implementation approaches.
In the context of climate and environmental programming, CCRD integrates adaptive management and climate adaptation considerations into MEL systems, enabling programmes to respond to evolving risks, changing contexts, and emerging evidence. This approach strengthens programme effectiveness, relevance, and resilience over time.
