CCRD has strong capacity in the design and implementation of both thematic, specialised programmes and integrated, multi-sectoral programmes across environment, climate, public health, and social development.
CCRD is able to develop and deliver stand-alone programmes that focus in depth on a single thematic area, while also designing programmes that intentionally integrate environmental, climate, health, and inclusion dimensions where such integration enhances effectiveness, sustainability, and impact.
CCRD has particular experience in designing and implementing complex and high-level programmes that go beyond direct service delivery to address system strengthening, institutional capacity development, and policy-oriented change. These programmes often involve multiple sectors and stakeholders, operate across different administrative levels, and require sustained coordination and policy dialogue.
CCRD applies a structured and iterative programme cycle, combining problem analysis, evidence generation, stakeholder and institutional analysis, co-design with partners, piloting, learning, and adaptation. This approach enables CCRD to support robust programme design, effective implementation, and progressive institutionalisation within public and community systems.
