Project Overview:
This project aimed to understand the institutional dynamics and determine the role of the Ministry of Health in its support to the implementation of province-based HIV/AIDS strategies. Moreover, the study would give advise on how best to structure the World Bank Project’s financial flow and reporting relationships used to govern the project while integrating with existing administrative and institutional arrangements for financing, managing, and overseeing national and provincial level programs
