Project Overview:
The project improved access for young people, particularly those at high risk of HIV/AIDS infection, to VCT and harm reduction services. It raised awareness and mobilized political and community support through media and advocacy activities, established and operated MOH-standard VCT clinics, and trained HIV VCT staff and key harm reduction personnel. In addition, the project provided day-to-day technical and management support and guidance to ensure the effective delivery of VCT and harm reduction services.
