Project Overview:
The project aimed to improve health services in the Mekong region and enhance access to and coverage of these services, especially for the poor. CCRD was selected by the Ministry of Health and the World Bank to conduct a project evaluation package. This package included 3 consecutive evaluation exercises throughout the project life: baseline, mid-term and final project evaluations.
