Project Overview:
This research reviews and evaluates the coordination and management capacity of the government agencies involved in State management of foreign assistance for National HIV/AIDS program in Vietnam. Results of the assessment will be used for the related Government Agencies to develop a more effective coordination and management mechanism for the National HIV program
