Project Overview:
The result of the HIV/AIDS NHA sub-analysis provided the means to the Vietnamese government and MOH to evaluate the appropriateness of their program and gain a more detailed, overall picture of HIV/AIDS spending in the country. Sub-analysis helped the government estimate health flows of both formal and informal payments in both the public and private sectors.
