Project Overview:
The project enhanced the capacity and position of civil society organizations (CSOs) providing HIV services at the community level, while improving service quality and access for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and most-at-risk populations (MARPs), including injecting drug users, female sex workers, and men who have sex with men.
